Welcome to Recreate Fitness, a family-owned and operated gym located in beautiful Butte, MT. Founded by Montana natives and lifelong athletes Lisa Howell and Jen DeLong, Recreate was born out of a shared passion for recreation, holistic health, and an adventure-driven lifestyle. Lisa and Jen envisioned a space where strength training would empower individuals to enhance their performance in the activities they love—like running, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, and climbing. Their dream became a reality with the creation of Recreate Fitness, a premier Strength & Conditioning Gym dedicated to helping members build strength, improve fitness, and embrace new challenges.
