We specialize in group training classes designed to deliver structured, effective, and community-focused workouts. Unlike traditional gyms, we do not currently offer open gym time. Instead, we focus on group fitness because we believe fitness is more fun when you’re in it together. Group training not only builds a sense of community but also helps our clients find consistency in their workouts, making it easier to stick to their fitness goals.
Membership at Recreate Fitness includes unlimited access to all group fitness classes and open gym, giving you the flexibility to train as often as you'd like. For those seeking a more personalized approach, we offer personal training (additional fee for personal training).
Additional options include punch passes, drop-in passes, and specialty breakout training sessions for events like race preparation, available during select times of the year.
Our facility features locker rooms with showers and a dry sauna, available to members anytime the gym is open. We also offer InBody body composition scans—a quick, non-invasive way to see what your weight is actually made of. Instead of just one number from a traditional scale, InBody shows you how much is muscle, fat, and water, so you can track real progress whether your focus is performance, nutrition, or overall health.
