In fact, our regular group training sessions an excellent way to build the foundational skills and strength needed for a HYROX event.
However, our HYROX Race Training breakout sessions are specifically designed for those looking to compete with confidence. These focused sessions dive deeper into race-specific techniques, strategies, and simulations, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the challenges of HYROX.
